Personal Wine Trainer (IWI certified)

It is a whole lot easier and less risky launching a business in the wine industry if you have an experienced expert from the industry at your side to guide and accompany the new entrepreneur.
 
The Personal Wine Trainer is a "pilot", who guides a young company into quiet shipping lanes, recommending entrepreneurial and strategic methods. The parameters of a successful company launch, in the eyes of the Personal Wine Trainer, is to use and implement his practical experience in the new entrepreneur's practical situation.

Modules 1 - 4: Coaching and training

The Personal Wine Trainer is experienced in many different methods, allowing him to apply the best method to many different types of people one encounters in business. The coaching training involves teaching methods in the form of very concrete instructions for action, once these have been learnt, practised and understood, they can be used with remarkable results in comparable situations.


The prerequisite is that one approaches challenges in a solution and future-directed manner, and treats others as partners. The Personal Wine Trainer does not actually give advice or instructions, but accompanies the new entrepreneur methodically throughout the entire coaching process, helping and teaching his student to help himself.

Modules 5 - 8: Managing a company

Managing a company involves a multitude of organisational and strategic matters. Often, the challenges only arise when one is already in business. The Personal Wine Trainer supports entrepreneurs who have launched small or medium-sized companies, giving them practical assistance and advice to cope with their everyday challenges.


A Personal Wine Trainer sees himself as an advised and consultant for medium-sized companies, providing factual background information and orientation guides on all relevant topics related to the successful management of a business.

Modules 9 - 12: Marketing

Marketing is the process of planning and implementing concepts, establishing price levels, communication and distribution, it involves goods, services and ideas. The objective of marketing is to create win-win situations in exchange relationships, satisfying both individual and corporate objectives.


The Personal Wine Trainer shows the entrepreneur resp. customer the options available if sustained marketing is implemented, from the first analysis of a situation to the after-sales controlling.
