About Horst Hanisch

Horst Hanisch is a published author of non-fiction books and guides, a lecturer and coach, has a degree in pyschology, and is a member of both the German Gastronomic Academy and of the Association of master servers.

After gathering many years of experience in the top management of hotels in Switzerland, Germany and Asia, he has settled in Bonn, running his own business as a lecturer and author of non-fiction books.
